No all properties are not pet friendly. The property profile will advise if they are or not and the extra fee for pets
How long can I rent the property
As long as the property is available, and as long as the host wishes.
When will I get the payout for hosting.
we Will send your money to your banking institution 24 hours after your guest checks in.
How do I know if my City allows Short Term Rentals ?
You can call the City and ask the ordinance on Short term rentals.
What if I have an issue with the property ?
If you have an issue with the property please deal directly with the host.
How long will it take to get approval on my request to book ?
The host will have up to 24 hours to respond to your request.
Is there a penalty for declining a guests request ?
No, there will be no penalty for a host to decline a request.
Will my calendar be automatically updated when I accept a booking ?
Yes, your calendar will be updated as soon as the request is accepted.
Can I give a refund to my guest if I as a host decide it’s necessary ?
Yes, you can send a full or partial refund if you deem necessary. Once you send money the refund is considered final.
Does Home Hostings carry renters insurance ?
No , right now we are working with different insurance companies to be able to offer insurance to renters. Once we establish a carrier the site will be updated.
Does Home Hostings pay the hosts taxes ?
No, at this time we are actively looking for a solution to pay taxes for the hosts but have not found one yet. We collect the taxes for the host and send it to the host. The host is responsible for paying their own taxes.
