How do i add brands to my already existing brands ?
Click the hamburger menu --> select the brands option --> select your preferred city --> choose the brands of your choice which is add to your list of favourites post selection.
How do i know which brands are running promotion offers ?
Click the hamburger menu --> select the home screen option --> select the neighbourhood tab --> post selection click the filter button and adjust the range. This will then showcase all the brands who have tied up with ModenX currently running promotion offers in the predefined range selected by you.
Note : Promotional information will only be displayed if you have previously purchased from the brand and built your profile with the brand via ModenX.
How can i see promotional offers of my Favourite / Top Brands ?
Click the hamburger menu --> select the home screen option --> select the brand you wish to view offers on from your favourites / top brands --> post selection a pop up window opens with your past purchase information with the brand through the "Experience Tab" as default --> select the "Messages Tab" next to the "Experience Tab" to keep track of personalised promotional offers being run by your most preferred brands for you.
How do i utilise ModenX to get the best experience ?
On reaching the retailer location, pull out your device and click on the "Check - In" tab in the hamburger menu. Proceed to click on the camera icon which will enable you to scan the retailers QR Code prior entering the store. Post scanning the employees within the retailer store will be alerted that you have checked in, with a short brief about you and your profile will be showcased to them. This is help them carter to you in the best possible way and give you the experience you rightfully deserve.
How do i delete a brand from my Favourites ?
Click on the desired brand you wish to remove from your Favourites, post which a pop up window will be displayed where at the bottom of the window you will see the option to delete the brand.
How do i reach out to MondeX team ?
Click on the support option in the hamburger menu. Copy the email mentioned within the page and write to us about your concern. We will be happy to assist you and solve your queries at the earliest.
How do i change my password ?
Click on the settings option in the hamburger menu. Select the edit icon in the password field and set your new password, post feeding in your old password.
How do i use the Location feature ?
Click on the Location option in the hamburger menu. Select the filter button and set the range as per you requirement and save changes. Once set stores who have tied up with ModenX will show up on the map. Those stores highlighted in gold are within the radius parameter selected, while those in silver are outside the radius.
How do i select my Top Brands ?
Top Brands are defined through our inbuilt intelligence, based on your past history with the brand for each specific user. Once a customer selects his/her favourite brands, our system intelligently populates the top brands from the list of favourites brands selected, based on certain condition parameters. Hence this cannot be manually set.
How do i set and edit my UPIN ?
Click on the settings option in the hamburger menu, select the edit icon in the UPIN field and set your New Pin.
Can i have two accounts with two different numbers registered ?
Yes you can have two different accounts registered with two different numbers.
Do we collect and store your information ?
We strongly believe in data privacy, hence no personal data of yours is stored by us or shared with retailers. Be rest assured you data is in safe hands all we want is for you to have the best shopping experience !!
I have not received an OTP ?
You will receive a maximum of three OTP's to login during your sign up process.
How do i create / build my profile with a retailer ?
You will beable to build your profile with retailers over a span of time, as an when you engage with them (through our QR Code) check-in and check-out mechanism. This would enable retailers know you better as a customer and give you the experience you rightfully deserve.
Note : This would be possible as when a check-in and check-out it done, retailers will know your preferred items, the person who assisted you, your overall experience during that visit, your spend pattern (hence curating personalised discounts) for you etcc.. This helps the retailer to better his services on every next visit of yours.
How do i get the best experience with retailers ?
We advice you to make sure you fill in all required fields in the settings page which would help retailers know you better with each passing experience. We would also advice to keep your location services on as per your comfort, so if and when you are around your favourite retailers they could drop you a personalised in app message based on offers they are willing to provide you.
