Is online training as effective as 1 on 1 ?
Definitely, through the app we’ll be able to monitor the client or athlete in every where. Constant communication makes the programming even better !
When is the best time to start the programme?
A client can start the program and join the team at any time. We have created in season and off season programs to suit the athlete
How many days a week do I have to train?
Usually our programs will be 3/4 sessions a week but it’s also depends on the athletes/clients schedule, time of season and their goals. We have been careful not to under-train or overtrain athletes
Do I have to be a sports man to train with Bionic ?
No, Bionic Performance is open to everyone of different settings. We also have the fitness plan for individuals that just want to keep and look fit as well !
How will nutrition be incorporated?
Nutrition plays a huge role towards our performance and Energy and recovery is essential for every sport which is why we decided to also help with nutrition. Every athlete is different which means the recovery process and energy systems differ so athletes are going to be educated about, how to properly prepare for a game, session or meet, how to properly recover after a game, session or meet.
