Yes all our choco dates 100% vegetarian, however they are not vegan as they contain milk.

Are these dates homemade?
No, this is a factory made product that is manufactured and imported from Dubai.

Is there any refund/ exchange policy for the orders?
No, there is no return/ exchange available however you will get a full refund of your money if the product is past expiration date and is deemed unfit for consumption. In this case it will be our fault and we're determined to take responsibility for providing best service to our customers.

Does the chocolate melt if not refrigerated?
No, the chocolate coating on our dates will not melt at room temperature but it will start to soften or slightly melt if kept in a hot storage. It's best to store it in a cool dry place.

Does the date have seed inside it?
No, the dates are completely seedless with almond at centre and chocolate coating as it's layer
