What is Changing and Why?
InnovEdge is upgrading their systems to make your life easier. The new systems put in place will help you get quicker responses and reduce confusion that old tools would create.
When Will Change Happen?
The rollout takes place over the course of six weeks. You will recieve updates on what is happening.
What Does This Mean for Me?
The change will be smooth with training videos and step by step guides, you will have to complete training on new systems and adjust to them.
Where Can I Find Help?
There will be a series of videos, graphics, and things added to FAQ that will help with the rollout, there is also support through the company if you are having difficulty adjusting.
How Will This Affect Remote Employees?
All training will be remote friendly. You will have all resources that workers in the office do.
