What is a bridal trial?
A bridal trial is an appointment to tryout your wedding hair and makeup before your big day with the artists that you have booked for your wedding. I currently do not offer any hair services, but it is recommended at the time of your bridal trial you notify me if your hair stylist will be present during our appointment as I take 3 to 4 hours to go over all the information and make decisions that suit you best for your big day.
¿Que es la prueba de maquillaje de novia?
Una prueba de maquillaje es una cita para probar el peinado y el maquillaje de su boda antes de su gran día con los artistas que ha reservado para su boda. Actualmente no ofrezco ningún servicio para el cabello, pero se recomienda que en el momento de la prueba nupcial me notifique si su estilista estará presente durante nuestra cita, ya que me tomo de 3 a 4 horas para repasar toda la información de contratos y tomar las decisiones que más le convengan para su gran día.
Do you offer mobile services?
Yes, I do travel to you for an added charge. I do take in consideration gas and time. Meaning, I’m based in Jacksonville, FL. I will charge based on the amount of time it takes me to get down and come back up. Example: if you are in the Orlando area I would charge you based the 2 hours I have to drive down and up (4 hours in total).

Sí, viajo a usted por un cargo adicional. Tomo en consideración el gas y el tiempo. Es decir, vivo en Jacksonville, FL. Cobraré según la cantidad de tiempo que me tome bajar y volver a subir. Ejemplo: si estás en el área de Orlando, te cobraría en base a las 2 horas que tengo que conducir de ida y vuelta (4 horas en total).
What is your deposit policy?
The deposit amount is 50% of your total service amount and it is applied to your total service amount. Deposits are non refundable under any circumstance.
¿Cuál es su política de depósito?
El depósito es el 50% del monto total de su servicio y se aplica al monto total de su servicio. Los depósitos no son reembolsables bajo ninguna circunstancia.
What is your cancellation policy?
You have until 10 PM the day prior to cancel, if you cancel the same day or end up being a no call/no show, your deposit will not be transferred.

Tiene hasta las 10:00 p. m. del día anterior a su cita para cancelar, si trata de cancelar el mismo día o termina sin llamar/no presentarse, su depósito no será transferido.
