What’s the difference between 1month plan, 2months plan, and 3months plan?
The longer the duration the more the changes(KG and Inches drop), longer plans are better for sustainability and those who want to lose more of weight, duration doesn’t reduce effectiveness of a plan.
I am nursing can I do it?
Yes we have nursing moms plan
Can an ulcer patient partake?
yes, we have ulcer friendly plan
Do I have to do exercise?
Yes, though the exercises are not rigorous,if you insist on not doing exercise you can do without it.
