Yes, GRN is necessary when there is Inward movement of product in the warehouse .The GRN is nothing but Goods Receipt Note and keeps record of all the product that has been received during Inward movement of the product. It also gives track of raw ,finished and damaged goods received during the Inward movement.

No, the Invoice number cannot be same for either the Inward or Outward movement of the product. It will create conflict error if two Invoice are same.

Product details helps in proper tracking of the product. It will tell us the location of the product, type of outward movement, storage type, stock activity etc. .Each product can be defined by its attribute which can make you decide type of dispatch method, re-order point etc. .

Though mandatory details required is marked with Asterix * which are necessary to fill.

The product that is kept in warehouse are either tracked by box in box out or by pieces. So, each product are linked with the QR code. Therefore, each product can be serially tracked by just scanning the QR code and its status can been seen updated on QR code. Other than this the QR code scanning is very helpful to the floor people or the people who are in operation as they come to know where the product is kept, what quantity of product needs to be dispatched by just scanning the QR code of GRN. Similarly by scanning the QR code of sales order we can see the updated status of pick pack and ship.

Yes, this is possible by looking into inventory table where you can find details of product according to date range. This table helps you know that what was your inward and outward movement of the product and what quantity of product is left in the warehouse.

Yes, each QR code generated is unique and can be generated with the INCIFLO QR code. This QR code can be distinguished by SKU and pallet wise. The QR code with SKU starts with serial number S and for pallet it starts with P. Thus, the QR code generator gives unique serial number of each QR code.
