Yes, because that's one of the requirements to join the face-to-face classes.
Where can I inquire for a chest x-ray?
Polymedic Ketkai: ₱180 but if you bring your USTP I.D ₱144.00
City Health Office: ₱180 discount will also be applied if you present your ID
But since everyone still don't have their ID try presenting your printed COR. If they won't accept printed COR then you should pay without the discount.

Yes, the validity of chest x-ray is 6-months.
Is it necessary that we take our medical certificate at school?
Yes, it is recommended that everyone should take their medical certificate at school so incase whatever happens the school can help.
