What about words like um and uh?

The transcript is clean verbatim by default, automatically editing out filler words like um and uh from the transcript to make it easier to read (all other speaking and grammatical errors are left in), but if the client prefers that the filler words appear in the transcript, full verbatim can be requested when placing an order for transcription services with no charge.

If there are more than one speaker, how is that indicated in the transcript?

Your transcript will indicate with numbers (Speaker 1, Speaker 2, Speaker 3, et cetera) who is speaking. If the names of the speakers were mentioned in the audio/video file or if the client provided information about the speakers and it's possible to recognize which speaker is exactly speaking, then the speakers are labeled with their first names in the transcript. You can also provide special instructions regarding the speaker labels.
