1. I have filled out a detailed RSF questionnaire in the past. Do I have to re-enter my information on the online help request form? Or what should I do, I really need your help

Dear Requester,

We would like to inform you successfully submitted an assistance request at Reporters Without Borders (RSF). Your case is now ready to be reviewed by one of our assistance officers.

Please note that in times of high volumes of requests or in the case of difficult to verify information, it might take up to several weeks to process your case. Please do not open a new case in the meantime, as this will lead to longer processing times. Please also refrain from contacting us with questions re: the status of the review process. If additional information is needed we will contact you. In case your situation has changed substantially (e.g. you have moved to a different country) please edit the information accordingly and an assistance officer will be notified.
