How do I get a refund?
⚠️ Important – If you have an open complaint, dispute or chargeback
An open dispute will freeze your account and block the refund from going through.
If you have one, please cancel it before requesting a refund, so our system can process it successfully.
How we process refund requests
We will handle your refund request within 24 business hours, based on the following terms:
- 70% refund – if requested within 24 hours of payment
- 50% refund – if requested after 24 hours but within 7 days
- 30% refund – if requested after 7 days but within 30 days
- No refund – if requested after 30 days
⚠️ Trial services cannot be refunded once used.
How to request a refund
To proceed with your refund, please email us at: [email protected]
Include the following information:
- Account email – Make sure this is the email address used to log in. (Note: "No record is associated with this email address" may appear if incorrect.)
- Receipt showing:
- Merchant Name: MANSA Limited
- Merchant Transaction Number (e.g., *1900000000000000160000*)
If the merchant name is not MANSA LIMITED, please contact that merchant directly — we cannot process refunds for transactions handled through other platforms.

Once we verify the information, we will process your refund as soon as possible.
