How do I get a refund?

⚠️ Important – An open dispute triggers an automatic order lock by the payment provider.

As long as it remains active, their system can block the refund from completing — so even though we've processed it, the funds may not reach you until the lock is lifted.

If you have one, please withdraw it and send us proof — so we can confirm the refund status with the payment channel.


How we process refund requests

We will handle your refund request within 24 business hours, based on the following terms:

  • 70% refund – if requested within 24 hours of payment
  • 50% refund – if requested after 24 hours but within 7 days
  • 30% refund – if requested after 7 days but within 30 days
  • No refund – if requested after 30 days

⚠️ Trial services cannot be refunded once used.


How to request a refund

To proceed with your refund, please email us at: [email protected]

Include the following information:

  1. Account email – Make sure this is the email address used to log in. (Note: "No record is associated with this email address" may appear if incorrect.)
  2. Receipt showing:
  • Merchant Name: MANSA Limited
  • Merchant Transaction Number (e.g., *1900000000000000160000*)

If the merchant name is not MANSA LIMITED, please contact that merchant directly — we cannot process refunds for transactions handled through other platforms.

Once we verify the information, we will process your refund as soon as possible.
