Espresso is an Italian coffee-brewing method.

Espresso is made by compelling extremely boiling water under high tension through finely ground compacted espresso. Packing down the espresso advances the water's even infiltration through the grounds.

Espresso is different from coffee by preperation and method.

Espresso is made by pressing espresso and it has a crema layer on top to lock the smell inside the coffee. To support the crema, the coffee cups are made little and the explanation they are served in little cups is to stay away from the creme layer to fan out.

The espresso was then invented in Venice, Italy.

As a machine espresso patented in 1901. As a coffee it's almost the same, at the beginning of 20th century.

It was the businessman Luigi Bezzera who invented the espresso.

It's come from an Italian word esprimere which translates as 'to express' or 'to press out'.
