We plan, decorate and rent party Equipments. We offer luxury and basic decoration designs based on Clients requests.

We also design and curate thoughtful gifts packages for special occasions.

We know this is your first question and how important it is to you. 

Budget and costs is a big factor but WE DO NOT HAVE A STANDARD PRICE. We create beautiful designs to suit your budget. Or help you improve on your budget and proffer our expertise designs to fit your financial budget. 

We give different designs packages, from Luxury to basic. With each designs unique in its own way. The design also depends on the number of guests, and the complexity of the design, location, time and the type of event. 

OUR PLANNING FEE is charged in percentages and this is determined by your wedding budget. During consultation, we will let you know how much exactly based on your budget.

OUR DECORATION COSTS - The average Sapphire Events wedding Decorations is a minimum of 500 Euros for a design. While the maximum depends on the clients and how luxurious you want it to be or not.

The number of guests, date, location is also a major determinant of our decorating costs.

We also have packages for brides with lower budgets that would love the Sapphire Events touch. 

Let us know if you have a WEDDING GUEST LIST OF 10/20 people, and we’d specially give you a cost based on your small number.

OTHER PARTY DESIGNS like birthdays, showers, christenings, engagements does not have a minimum, this is subject to clients desires and needs, wants and number of guests etc.

Please let us know the type of party you have so we can give you the minimal prices for these parties. It may be lesser than you’d expect :)

Planning a wedding or any party is tedious and time consuming at the same time. Consultation fee is our commitment charge for helping you with running around for your vendors.

Sometimes, we have to physically go to your venue locations to secure bookings, pay consultation fee for some of your proposed vendors, logistics etc before coming up with a budget for your wedding. All this running cost entails money and Sapphire Event’s time.

It is simply our service charge for taking the stress off you in contacting all your vendors, making bookings and coming up with a final wedding or party budget.

NO. We do not charge consultation fee for our balloon decorations. Just send us a message telling us the theme and design you’d like and we will give you a price quote within 1-3 working days.

We totally understand that these situations may arise, you have no obligation whatsoever to work with us after consulting.

We definitely look forward to working with you in the nearest future.

Our Balloon decor does not have a fixed price because of different designs and accessories we use.

we curate our own designs and also work with client designs.

However, our full balloon designs pricing starts from a minimum 100 Euros for a garland. (Please check our Instagram page for samples of our balloon garlands)

Prices increases depending on clients selected designs, location and time of the event.

Other simple room designs such as Welcome home, Happy Birthday foil balloons etc can be discussed directly at a lower price.

YES. We can decorate your party and work hand in hand with your planner or party coordinator to make your day a beautiful glamorous one.

YES, Depending on the type of party you have, you may need to pay a small consultation fee. This is because different party requires different physical and remote planning and processes.

That means, we may physically need to check your venue, have a direct conversation with Venue manager etc, this is solely for our logistics charge as well as commitment for decorating your party.

However, based on our discretion, we may choose to exempt consultation fee for you in total if your party is a social events like Baby showers, Bridal showers, house warming, christening and engagements etc.

Weddings, Birthdays and other high profile parties may be subject to a token fee, but we can waive this based on our discretion and communication with the client :)

ALL IN-HOUSE DECORATIONS ARE EXEMPTED FROM CONSULTATION FEE.

ONLY VENUE BASED PARTIES SUBJECT TO CONSULTATION FEE.

Definitely! Our talent and artistry is endless and there is no limit to our designs and decorations.

Just let us know what you have in mind for your decorations and we will bring your dream to reality.

We have two basic payment plan.

1- In percentages. We give you a percentage plan to make payment before your party with a due date. It’s usually 70% upfront after our consultations and agreement to proceed and 30% a month to your Event date.

2- In Full. You can also make payments to us in full after consultation and agreement. This decision is optional and solely yours to take.

YES, You can pay Sapphire Events in installments.

We can draw up a payment plan for you to be pay leading up towards your event date, however a retainer of 40% must be paid after consultations and agreement to proceed.

All payments must be completed a month before your event date.

The only exception to this is if you contacted us when your party is less than a month, then full payment must be made to secure the date.

Sapphire events does not have a minimum in a way.

We will charge you for planning and decorating in accordance to your preferences and wants. As well as the services you require from us.

Although we are based Tallinn, Estonia, we are available to travel in all cities in Estonia as well as within Europe.

Planning a party is not a cake walk. It takes time, effort, and constant communication with different people and Vendors. The success of a party depends on the attention to details and how meticulously each plan is carried out.

Planning your party means :

1 - Sourcing for venues and vendors.

2- Contacting and negotiating with all your vendors to make sure we stay within your budget.

3- Taking that stress off you toward your big day, you don’t need to worry about every little detail. We have that covered, you just need to show up pretty to your event.

4- Coordinating all vendors to make sure your party is seamless.

5- Sourcing for and solely responsible for any physical activity on your big day. Including physical man power for moving all your heavy party equipments

These and so much more are what we do when we plan your party.

We pride ourselves in being flexible and creative.

We don’t have a strict decorating package, what we decorate depends on your vision for your big day.

Although, we have our own prices and packages, but the final costs and what stays and what goes depends on our clients.

That is to say, whatever you want, we decorate as long as it stays within our reasonable price budgets :)

YES. We decorate kids parties as well as create beautiful themes for your little ones.

We don’t have any age restrictions and can work with children of age.

We also create beautiful backdrop designs for your little one’s photoshoot either in the studio or house.

Prices depends on individual needs and preferences.

Our rental time is 24hours all day of the week. This means if you rent an item by 7am on a Monday, it must be returned on or before 7am on Tuesday.

Weekends are no exceptions.
