Isolée usually gets this request in their Perfumery & Cosmetics area. Once the tax refund is completed in Galería Canalejas, does the guests still have any process for this at the airport?
If the residence of your guests is outside the European Union, they may (subject to certain conditions), obtain a refund of the Value Added Tax (VAT) charged on the goods that they purchased during their stay in Spain.
The boutique the guests purchase goods from will provide them a DIVA form, which can be validated at the DIVA interactive terminals at the airports. Once successfully validated, guests then can proceed to the tax free operator (located on the other side of the security control).
