I'm already registered with or have been talking to a new homebuilder, can I still get a rebate?
A builder usually wants to know at the first meeting if you have a real estate agent representing you. If you have already visited a builder, they are not legally bound to compensate a real estate agent, since you are already a potential client. A builder may or may not allow you to have an agent after you have made contact with them.
