What is the Total Blocking Time?
The Total Blocking Time measures the amount of time it takes between the first contentful paint and time to interactive where in between there is lag time where the server is performing some long tasks. The blocking time will usually occur when a web page is executing some JavaScripts. So the more JS heavy a page is this time will increase which means it increases the time to interactive as well.
