I started humanitarian leadership coach in 2019, and then hosted my first webinar in 2020 which numerous youths participated both Nigerians and international youths, as a pioneer and the president of Identified leadership-IDL. It was a massive impact where we had almost a thousand youths. Who sat and listened online.

Therefore with years of experience, I have got alot to say pertaining life and humanity, Most People know me also as a rapper who goes about freestyling the gospel, before I got trained as a prestigious life and humanitarian leadership coach, Don't get me wrong, I still sings but I decided to take a break on music because I want to focus on survival.

We can come back to our passion later, when we achieve our pre plans, so long as the potential and enthusiasm is there.

Before becoming a full-time executive coach, Grace Bouy -GRL spent over 3 years on the front lines of international Coaches. His leadership approach began from the university where he first served as the Faculty public relations officer, before he attained other prominent positions, He has been in the face of the people for a very long time, served as a media director at gateway church, Absu, where they successfully led a team of 500 personnel as a given congregation.
