What are your business hours?
My business hours Monday - Friday, 9am-4pm. I do not work on weekends and public holidays.
What is the estimated turnaround time?
Standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If a rush order is needed there will be an extra fee.
Is there a limit on the amount of revision I can get?
Yes, for all projects the is a limit of 3 revisions. After 3 revisions a R200 fee will incur per revision.
What are your payment policy?
All services must be paid in full before I begin working on your project. NO EXCEPTIONS. I will not begin working on your project until payment is made in full.
Pricing of services are subject to change and all changes are effective immediately once it's updated on the site.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of the services offered all services are non-refundable.
