How to see Date Wise summary of the activity happening in the Clinic?
Go to 'Dashboard' tab from the left, select the date you want to see the activity for. Here you will see all the Appointments, Check-ins, Process Start time, Check-out time, Recalls for that date.
How to register a Patient?
Select the 'Registration' tab from the left, in this page enter all the details of the patient that are asked with Name, Age & Mobile being compulsory fields and then click Submit from the right.
How to register a Staff Member?
Select 'Utilities' from the left, now click on 'Create New User', select the User Type, enter all the details and click Submit button below to register a new user.
How to give an appointment to the patient?
To give an appointment, select 'Calendar' Tab from the left, click on the cell on which date & time you want to give the appointment, select the Doctor and fill in the purpose and click Submit.
How to re-schedule an appointment?
Go to 'Calender' from the left, click on the appointment you want to re-schedule and drag & drop it to the new Date & Time on which you want to re-schedule it.
OR
Go to 'Calender' from the left, click on the appointment you want to re-schedule, now click the re-schedule button below, make the desired changes here and click Submit.
How to cancel an appointment?
Go to 'Calender' from the left, click on the appointment you want to delete, here enter ‘Reason’ and click Cancel/Delete button.
OR
Go to 'Calender' from the left, right click on the appointment you want to delete, click on Cancel Appt. option to delete it.
How to send a notification regarding the appointment to a patient?
Go to 'Calendar' tab from the left, select the appointment for which you want to send the notification, now click the 'Whatsapp' icon next to the appointment on this screen.
How to mark a patient as Checked-In?
Go to 'Registration' tab, search for the patient, when the patient gets selected, click on the 'Check-In' button present at right hand side of the screen.
How to enter the payment made by a patient?
Go to 'Registration' tab, search for the patient, when the patient gets selected, open the Payments form below, fill the details like Tooth no., Diagnose, Treatment plan, etc. Now fill the Estimate, Received, Mode, Transaction No., Deposited Bank, Remarks and click Confirm. Now you can see this entry below.
How to register a patient in the Panel?
Go to 'Registration' tab, search for the patient, when the patient gets selected, click 'Panel' from the right, fill the form and click Submit.
How to print the Registration Card of the patient?
Go to 'Registration' tab, search for the patient, when the patient gets selected, click on 'Reg. Card' button from the right, now click Print at the top left of the card that got opened.
How to generate Bills and Receipts?
Go to 'Registration' tab, search for the patient, when the patient gets selected, click 'Billing' button from the right, now select all the entries you want to make the bill for and click 'Print Bill' on the top right corner. When the bill gets opened up, you can either print the bill or send the bill to the patient.
Same process is followed for printing receipts but now instead of clicking Billing click 'Receipts' from the right.
How to see whether patient has signed the consent form or not?
Go to 'Registration' tab, search for the patient, when the patient gets selected, hover over 'Consent' on right hand side and click on 'Check Consent', a filled form along with the patient’s signature will get openend up if the patient has signed the consent else it will be empty.
OR
Go to 'Daily Reports' tab from the left, click on 'Consent Report' button, enter From & To dates and click Apply, all the details of the signed consents within that period will be displayed.
How to get COVID 19 consent signed by the patient?
Go to 'Registration' tab, search for the patient, when the patient gets selected, bring the cursor to 'Consent' on the right, now click on the option via which you would like to send the form to the patient like Whatsapp, Email or SMS.
How to upload any file or image for the record of a patient?
Go to Registration tab, search for the patient, when the patient gets selected, click 'Upload' from the right, choose the file and click upload icon.
How to see the status of the messages sent to a patient?
Go to 'Registration' tab, search for the patient, when the patient gets selected, click on 'SMS Deliv.' from the right, a report of all the messages sent to that patient will get opened. You can either print this report or exit it.
How to get the feedback from a patient?
Go to 'Registration' tab, search for the patient, when the patient gets selected, click the 'Feedback' button from the right. The feedback form will be sent to the patient via Whatsapp.
How to enter the mouth details of a patient?
Select the 'Endodontic' tab from the left, search for the patient, select the patient and fill in the details of each tooth of that particular patient & click Submit at the top right.
How to add Clinical details of a patient?
Select the 'Clinical Detail' tab from the left, select the 'Category', Check the boxes and double click on this list, you can also add a new detail below by typing in and clicking 'Done'. All the details entered will show up in the blue box below the Date. You can also edit them in this box itself and then click Submit on the right.
How to enter the general examination data of a patient?
Go to 'Inv.Test Entry' tab from the left, select 'General Exam', now search for the customer, select the customer and fill in the details and click Submit.
How to see the complete details & history of a patient since he/she got registered?
Go to 'Analysis Reports' tab from the left, click on 'Patient Work Status' button, search for the patient, select the patient, pick To & From Dates and click Apply. Complete details of the patient like Prescription details, Treatment details, Appointment details, Work details, Patient History, within that time frame will get displayed. Now you can either send this report or print this report.
How to prepare a prescription?
To add a medicine, Go to 'Prescription' tab, enter the Drug Name, Dosage, No. of Tabs, Days & Instructions and click Ok. Likewise add all the medicines and add the Prescription Notes. You can also select the Procedure from the left and send the prescription with the Post Operative Instructions, now select Print, Whatsapp or Email from the right as per your need.
How to send an old Prescription to a patient?
Go to 'Prescription' tab, search for the patient, when the patient gets selected from the drop down list in the top right, select the Old Prescription No. you want to send again, customize it if required & click the appropriate option from the right to send it, like Whatsapp, Email or Print.
How to set an appointment on a Date far away from today?
In this case don’t go to Calendar for setting the appointment, rather select the 'Recall' tab from the left, fill in the details like Recall & Period, Date of Appointment will get auto filled, enter the Reason and click Submit.
How to check the lobby status of the clinic?
Go to 'Checked In Status' tab from the left, here you can see & print the summary of the lobby Date wise.
How to check daily amounts received by the clinic?
Go to 'Amount Transfer' tab from the left, select the date for which you want to see the records, select Cash from the drop down if you want to see the Cash received else select Cheque & the mode of payment like Paytm, Cheque, etc from the next drop down, now select the Doctor & Bank and click Show Data.
How to see the earnings of a doctor over a period of time?
Go to 'Doctor Amount' tab from the left, select From Date & To Date, select the Doctor from the drop down and click Show. You can also Refresh the page to enter another criteria.
How to enter the treatment done on a patient with its cost?
Go to 'Treatment Done' tab, select the Tooth Nos. by checking the boxes, select the Diagnose, Treatment Plan and Treatment Done, now fill in the other details like Mode, Transaction No., Bank, Remarks, Estimate, Discount%, Received Amount and click Submit. You can now see the Remaining Balance at the right hand side of the screen and your latest entry below as the first record.
How to generate bill for a patient based on the Panel?
Go to 'CGHS Billing' tab from the left, you can now Generate and Print the bill based on different criteria like Date wise, Category wise, Panel wise, Patient wise, Panel Name wise, Office Name wise, Panel Card wise, Refer wise and Hosp/Disp wise.
How to print reports of collections, expenses, outstandings, etc?
Go to 'Analysis Reports' tab from the left, here you can print all the Collection, Expense, Outstanding reports based on different criteria like Doctor wise, Date wise, Month wise, Payment type wise, Work Done wise, Receipt No wise, etc.
How to see the time spent on patients in a particular duration?
Go to 'Analysis Reports' tab from the left, click on 'Patient Time Spent' button, select the From date and To date and click Apply. All the patients visiting within that time frame with their check in & check out times, Spent time on them (in min) will be displayed.
How to check patient list by different criteria like City wise, Referred by wise, etc?
Go to 'Daily Reports' tab from the left, select the relevant button like City Wise Patient List, Area Wise Patient List, etc fill the From & To dates, & other details asked and then click Apply.
How to edit the details of a registered user?
Go to 'Utilities' tab, select 'Edit User' button, select the User Type & User you want to update, you can update here the Mobile, Email, Category, Department, Doctor%, Clinic%, Password & User Group then click Submit.
How to set Doctor%?
You can set the Doctor% while creating the new user as a Doctor in the 'Utilities' tab or if you want to update it you can click on 'Edit User' button to do the same.
How to customize the software as per your need and convenience?
Go to 'Utilities' tab from the left, click on the 'Software Setting' button, make the changes you want to make and click Save.
How to set the format of Email messages to be sent to patients?
Go to 'Utilities' tab from the left, click on 'Email Settings' button, select the ‘Template For’ from the drop down, customize the Content & the Subject as you want them and click Submit.
How to define the template for Whatsapp messages?
Go to 'Utilities' tab from the left, click on 'Whatsapp Templates' button, customize the Template as you want it and then Select the Dot next to it. If you want to save this template for both Whatsapp and SMS then select Both else select Whatsapp only or SMS only & click Submit button below.
How to customize the registration card?
Go to 'Utilities' tab from the left, click on the 'Registration Card Setting' button, customize the template as you want it and then click on 'Save Values' at the top.
How to set a Doctor's clinic timing in the software?
Go to 'Utilities' tab from the left, click on the 'Set Doctors Timing' button, now select the Doctor and fill in his clinic timings from Monday to Sunday & click Submit.
How to merge two patients?
If the same patient is registered twice, you can merge these two entries by going to ‘Utilities’ tab, click on ‘Merge Patient’ button, enter the Old Patient, Old Patient Code, New Patient, & New Patient Code and then click on Merge button.
How to give Feedback/Suggestion to SARAL Amplisoft?
Go to ‘Trouble Ticket’ tab from the left, enter your feedback in the box and click Submit.

Go to ‘Utilities’ tab from the left, click on the Feedback/Suggestion button, enter your feedback in the box and click Submit.
How to update the Master Data?
Go to 'Master Entries' tab from the left, click on the appropriate button, Add/ Delete/Update the data as you want and click on Save Entry icon next to it.
How to send Lab Reports?
Go to 'Lab Report' tab from the left, select the appropriate button, fill in the details and click Apply. In this way you can print the Lab Reports by different criteria like Patient wise, Lab wise, Work wise, All Reports. You can either Print the reports or download them in Excel format.
How to see the Panel wise summary of a specific period?
Go to 'CGHS Billing' tab from the left, select 'Panel Wise Summary' button from the screen, select the From & To dates, Panel Name and click Apply. A report with details like Panel Name, Bill No., Bill Date, Patient No., Patient Name & Bill Amount will get displayed, you can either Print this report or download it in Excel format.
How to see the details of visited patients in a particular time frame?
Go to ‘Analysis Reports’ tab from the left, select ‘Visited Patient’ button, enter the From & To dates and click Apply. List of all patients visited in that period will be displayed along with their demographics & other details like Next Appt., Panel, Diagnose, Treatment Plan, Treatment Done, & Doctor.
How to see the details of the non-visiting patients?
Go to 'Analysis Reports' tab from the left, click on 'Patient Not Visited' button, enter the no. of days for which you want to see and click Apply. List of all patients who didn't show-up in that period along with their demographics & details like Last Work, etc will be displayed.
How to see list of Doctors’ confirmed appointments?
Go to Daily Reports tab from the left, click on Doctors Appointment button, select the date and click Apply. For that date appointments of all the doctors will get displayed.
How too see the list of appointments of a specific Doctor in a specific time period?
Go to 'Daily Reports' tab from the left, click on 'Appointment Status' button, enter the time frame with help of To & From dates, select Doctor and press 'Doctor Wise' button.
How to enter the Other Exam details of a patient?
Go to 'Inv.Test Entry' tab from the left, press 'Other Exam' button, select the exam. In this page search for the patient, when the patient gets selected, fill in all the details asked and click Submit.
How to enter the Laboratory Investigation of a patient?
Go to 'Inv.Test Entry' tab from the left, select 'Lab Inv', now search for the patient, select the patient, select the Doctor, enter the details of the investigation and click Submit.
How to enter the Imaging Investigation of a patient?
Go to 'Inv.Test Entry' tab, click on 'Imaging Inv' button, now search for the patient, select the patient, enter the Doctor, fill in the details and click Submit.
How to upload a patient's photograph?
Go to 'Registration' tab from the left, search for the patient, when the patient gets selected click on the dummy image shown at the top right of the page. Click on 'Choose Files' option, browse to the image file's location & select it now click the upload icon next to it.
