If you decide to become a guest to attend an event or become a host to create an event, you will be required to connect your Facebook account to the platform. At this moment, we only support Facebook accounts. Other social community accounts may be supported later.

When connecting to your Facebook account for the first time, your Facebook display name, profile photo, and email are fetched and set as the initial profile settings. You may update them in the “Settings > Update My Profile” section. We recommend you update your self-introduction as well.

We offer an optional self-introduction setting in the profile, and if it is set, it will be shown below your display name. We recommend that all hosts have a noteworthy introduction, which attracts more people to follow you or to attend an event hosted by you.

We recommend you opt-in to receiving notifications in real time by using Facebook Messenger. Go to “Settings > Notification Settings > Notify by Messenger” to tap the “Send to Messenger” button, linking your Messenger account to our page, and then we are able to send you real-time notifications via Facebook Messenger.

Currently, your notifications will be kept for 90 days. This setting cannot be changed individually.

You can browse our recommended events on the home page. If appropriate, you can select “Search Events” on the menu to find your event candidates by keywords, free or paid, categories, or scheduled event time.

If you opt-in to the Messenger, we are able to deliver messages, such as order updates, to your Messenger in real time. If you desire, go to “My > My Settings > Notify by Messenger” to turn it on and connect your Messenger account to us. If you don’t want to receive messages via the Messenger any more, simply turn it off at any time.
