What does the iSupport manual contain?

iSupport provides both in-depth information surrounding dementia and a series of modules designed to help dementia caregivers cope with their challenges. The manual consists of five (5) modules, each with accompanying activities that you can try, namely: (i) introduction to dementia; (ii) being a caregiver; (iii) caring for me; (iv) providing everyday care; and (v) dealing with behaviour changes. These modules allow you to select content based on your individualistic needs and the struggles of your care.
