What services do your library offer?
You may conduct research, read and borrow resources, use the internet, and obtain assistance to guide you in completing your reading material search. There are also professional-use rooms available for rent, such as meeting rooms and audiovisual rooms.
How do I get a library card?
If you are a student or an educator, you can receive a membership card for free at our library. You must present identification or a student ID that proves your eligibility. If you want to join a library but do not qualify for a free library card, you may be able to do so for an affordable yearly charge, which are as follows:
•Adults aged 20 and over (RM20)
•Teenagers aged 11-19 (RM10)

How can I renew my loan book?
Digital book rentals cannot be renewed. Renewals are only available for physical books loaned from our library. If you require more time with a book, please request a renewal at least 2-3 business days before the due date. The request you submitted via email will be reviewed as soon as possible, and you will be notified by e-mail of acceptance or refusal, along with your revised or original due date.
Contact the Library of Wo'uh by email at [email protected] to seek a renewal. Please mention the request number or the book's full title. Please request a renewal before the due date, as we are unable to guarantee that overdue books will be renewed.
What if I return a loan after the due date, will I be charged a fine?
Yes. Overdue fines accumulate for a maximum of 14 days beginning the day after the due date. However, you can avoid fines by returning the book to the library or renewing the loan before the due date. If there are no requests for the loaned materials, you can renew them.
How many books can I check out at a time?
The maximum quantity of books that can be checked out at one time using the membership card is between 10 and 20.
What if I lose an item that I borrowed?
The library will be searched for a lost or stolen item once you report it. If it is not discovered after 14 days from the time the report was submitted, we will alert you of the replacement charges, which include the book price, any fines payable on the item, and a processing fee of RM50.00 and above determined by the book categories. Once you have paid the corresponding expenses, we will clear your record.
For students, the fine for a missing item is excused the day it is reported missing. Fines may accumulate on your record and become due if the item is returned after this date.
Can I use the special rooms available in this library and how do I reserve that room?

How do I know that my application has been approved?
If your application has been approved, we will notify the user within 24 hours after the application is sent via the email attached during the application.
Can I bring animals into the library?
Visitors are allowed to bring service animal meanwhile bringing pets is only permitted and restricted to cats and dogs; it is not strongly encouraged.
Are there appropriate areas for children?
Absolutely there is an area for children, however they are only permitted to enter under the supervision of adults.
