How do I get a refund?

LocaHelp offers a full refund for requests made within 14 days of payment, provided that the service has not been used.

To proceed with the refund, please send the following information to [email protected] so we can quickly locate your transaction:

  • The email address you used to sign up
  • A copy of your receipt (including merchant name, transaction number, payment date, and amount)
  • A brief reason for your refund request – your feedback is truly valuable to us
