How to Unsubscribe or Request a refund?

To manage your subscription or request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with the following details:

🔹 For Subscription Cancellation

● Provide your MakeGirl user account email so we can locate and cancel your subscription.

● Cancellation will take effect immediately, and no further charges will be applied.

🔹 For Refund Requests

We will handle refund requests within 24 hours on business days based on the conditions set out below:


1. A 30% refund will be issued if the payment was completed within the past 30 days.


2. No refunds are available for payments made more than 30 days ago.


Reminder: Refunds cannot be processed for trials or orders if the service has been used.


Here is what we need:


1. User account on MakeGirl.


2. Receipt including transaction number, merchant name, amount and payment time.


3. The last four digits of the master card you used to make the payment.


4. Reason for requesting a refund. Your feedback is important to us!


We will refund you as soon as possible after we verify the above information is correct.
