• Pink Potential Program by Sarah Richson is Sarah's SIGNATURE program for ladies who want to seriously UPLEVEL their personal and professional lives. The program aims to empower women by providing them with the necessary skills, knowledge, and mindset to advance their personal and professional lives. We aim to foster confidence, leadership abilities, and a supportive community for women to thrive in.

• Our specially curated program focuses on holistic aspects that are geared towards uplifting one's personal and professional lives. We cover a number of topics within the program e.g. Emotional Intelligence, Tech Savvy just to name a few. We are focused on helping our sisters grow within their personal and interpersonal relations, improve on decision-making skills, self-packaging for success as well as tech-savvy aspects in this technologically growing space.

• Pink Potential spans over a period of 1 year, with virtual sessions held 5 days within the first week with each lasting one and a half hours. Additionally, participants are encouraged to dedicate some time outside of the sessions for self-reflection, practice, and completion of assignments.
• Participants will also be added to a WhatsApp group after the virtual classes (Sister's Keepers) where they will be having group/topics discussions every week that run for 5 weeks.
• On top of that for this package, each participant gets 1 micro-coaching of 30mins within the 5 weeks
• Lastly, we will pair our candidates into a sisters keepers accountability group with other ladies within the program where they shall be able to hand hold each other and keep each other accountable for personal, emotional, social, and professional development.

• To ensure none of our participants forget or skip a class, we share a calendar invite with the date and time of the sessions. For the class timelines, we have evening or morning sessions that start from 7 am to 8:30 am and our evening sessions start from either 6 pm or 7 pm to 8:30 pm from Monday to Friday depending on the geographical locations of our signed participants. Essentially, we expect our participants to join the classes on time, or 5 minutes before the session for proper settling before the session begins.

• Should you miss a session due to unavoidable circumstances, we got you! Our sessions are always pre-recorded and shared with participants, in case you miss a session you will get access to the pre-recorded session missed. Also, you will also get to catch up on the discussions on the WhatsApp group where each taught topic is discussed every week for the next 5 weeks. This will ensure you are able to compare notes, get advice and suggestions from your fellow participants, and coach on the WhatsApp group. That way you don’t miss any lessons.

• We, always share available slots with dates and times on the Whatsapp group for participants to pick the slots that best suit their availability. Once you have picked your slot, you are required to call the coach on the scheduled date and time. You get a reminder on that day.

• We use PowerPoint presentations in our sessions, real-life examples, and discussions. Our coaching sessions are also highly interactive and energy based so it aims to leave the participant feeling energized and highly motivated.

• The great news is that no qualification is needed for our programs. Pink Potential is open to participants from all walks of life. We enroll all participants after finalizing on registration.

• You get to learn new things; that stimulate personal growth and self-improvement. This will help expand your understanding of the world, deepen your insights, and broaden your perspectives. You’re also enabled to develop new interests, discover your passions, and engage in lifelong learning.
• You get equipped with the tools and information required to solve problems effectively. By acquiring diverse knowledge, you gain the ability to think critically, analyze situations, and develop creative solutions. The more knowledge you possess, the better equipped you are to address challenges and make informed decisions.
• You get a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction, learning about topics that are of interest, gaining expertise in areas you are passionate about, and achieving educational milestones (Earning a certificate at the end of graduation) can provide a profound sense of accomplishment and personal satisfaction.
• You will also be provided with a set of pre-packaged tools and resources that can streamline processes, saving time and effort. This often includes templates, guidelines, and pre-built components that accelerate project development. Just to name a few.

• Absolutely! Our participants are put in accountability groups that will walk with you; participants also get the opportunity to meet with the current/ previous cohorts who can also be mentors. The girl-power lunches are also a support system that allows you to connect with a wide range of individuals, including professionals, industry experts, and potential mentors. These connections can lead to various opportunities such as job openings, partnerships, collaborations, and business prospects. (This happens every quarter). Not forgetting our Sister’s Keeper Whatsapp support group.

• After successful registration, our team shall share the agenda and the social Zoom link for joining the class with the participants. You will get a prompt every day 5 minutes into the session.

• We have graduation after 6 weeks of the program where you are awarded a certificate. The venue and time of the graduation are communicated on the agenda. We also provide a NITA-accredited certificate both in soft and hard copies for all participants who compete the program.

• We offer two exclusive packages for our Pink Potential Programs at the moment. Pink Potential standard at Ksh 60,000 and Pink Potential premium at Ksh 100,000.

• For maximum commitment end to end in the program, our policies require participants to make advance payments for the program.

• Essentially we encourage payment for the program to be done in full. However, should an interested candidate have special needs we can discuss and come to an arrangement on a payment plan which should ideally be completed before the onset of the program, for this case, 20th August 2023 for our upcoming Pink Potential Cohort Three.

• We accept payments through our official company pay bill number or deposit to the bank account stated on the invoice.

• Our policies state that payments once made cannot be refunded. Should a participant need to forfeit the classes due to special reasons, they can nominate ONE candidate who can utilize their paid slot on their behalf.

• We strive to ensure that our classes are of maximum value to the participants and as such we curated a set price that reflects the value proposition of our program. Therefore, due to this our prices are fixed
