Lazy people generally don't like to do anything. It can also be defined as inactivity.

How can the procrastination process be stopped?

Finding and understanding the motivation for the work to be done is one of the most important steps. Questions such as what will be the benefits of doing this work and why it should be done should be answered.

If it seems like a big task, it can be broken up into smaller pieces to make it less scary. So as you do the little things, you'll be doing the big work. It will also increase your motivation.

It can also help to reward yourself by taking a break from time to time. Of course, this should not be preferred at first. Because the breaks may be longer and we will be back to the point where we started.
