PIF or Product Information File contains important information of the product to appeal to its customers. It usually contains details about the material, color, size, measurements and its seller code.

• Low product score in marketplaces
• Inaccurate data reports
• Wrong fulfilment that results bad review or order cancellations

We only have 1 PIF Template. All sections are applicable to all marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee and Zalora) and Website (Shopify)

1. Check the PIF Template if all fields are filled or with corrections. If there is corrections, it should be relayed to the brand's merchandising.
2. Double check if all products for inbound have assets (Photos / Videos).
3. If there is NO assets, it will be subjected for Photoshoot.
4. Submit Sample List for Photoshoot.

Sample List is a set of list of items to borrow for Photoshoot.

Sample list will ONLY be provided if products for inbounds doesn't have assets or assets available are low quality .

PIF is the total allocations for inbounds in marketplaces or website. Sample List is the list of borrowed items for photoshoot.

NO. PIF is the total allocations while Sample List is just borrowing 1 pair for photoshoot and will be returned after.
