How do I book a meeting room?
To book a meeting room, open the Spacify App or visit the member web portal. Choose the location that works best for you. Select the window of time, you would like to reserve the room and then make payment. A confirmation of 6 digit code will be send to your email, save it and come to the office with it.
Is there a premium membership access to workspace at Spacify?
Yes. Booking a space 2 years upfront, entitles you for the premium membership which also includes 20% discount.
Do i need to book for a space before going to the location?
Yes! a reservation payment should be made an hour before your arrival.
How do i start using my membership card and how does it work?
After payment has been made on the Spacify app, A confirmatory 6 digit code will be send to your email. This code will be use to access your space of choice for the duration of your stay.
Is there anyone i can talk to in real time, incase of questions or complains.
Yes. We have a community manager on stand by on our telegram page.
Can work space be booked in weekends?
Yes with our Spacify Apps, which allows you to book at your own convenient time.
Is there limit to the number of spaces to be rented
No. You can rent as much as you want, as long as it's available.
How do I book a work Space?
Open the Spacify App, go to bookings, once booked, a confirmatory emails containing a 6 digit code will be sent to you. This code will be use to access your already booked space.
Do I need to book a work space before going to the location?
Yes. Reservation must be made at least an hour before coming
Do I have to be a member to use the work space at Spacify?
NO. Work space is made available for both members and none members but members enjoys some sort of benefits and discounts.
