If your tier includes personalized rewards, you'll receive a Google Form during the first week of the following month.
This lets you:
- ✍️ Request a name or message
- 📷 Request a general Polaroid "vibe"
- 🎨 Customize your reward where applicable
Please fill out your form as soon as you can! ❤️
It's the easiest way for me to keep everyone's rewards organized.
If you don't want a particular personalized reward, you can simply leave that section blank.
