FAQ About Taleemabad LMS - Admin

Android users download their Taleemabad School App from the Playstore by searching for it by name.

Here is what you need to do to create your school owner account - don't worry, it only takes a few minutes!

1. Enter your phone number and click 'Begin'
2. Enter your name, and role
3. Make sure that your selected role is 'School Owner / Admin'
4. Click 'Create a new school'
5. Set your password
6. Verify your number through OTP
7. Enter your school details

We're very sorry to hear that. :( This can sometimes happen if you have converted your number from one network to another (E.g Ufone to Zong).

To add your teachers on the LMS:

• Navigate to the 'Manage Teachers' section
• Click 'Add Teacher' on the bottom right
• Enter their name and phone number and click 'Confirm'

When you successfully add a teacher to your LMS, here's what happens:

• The teacher will receive an SMS on their entered number
• SMS will include a Playstore link to their LMS and their Teacher Training app!
• The teachers can then sign up on their LMS or app using their own phone numbers!

To delete or deactivate a teacher on your LMS:

• Navigate to the 'Manage Teachers' section
• Click the name of the teacher you want to deactivate
• Reassign any subjects assigned to the teacher (you can do this by clicking the ✎ icon next to their subjects)
• Click on the ︙ menu on the top right, and select 'Deactivate Teacher'

First, make sure that the teacher you are trying to add is not already added.

If this is not the case, then it means that the teacher you are trying to add has already signed up on their Taleemabad School App or LMS. To connect your teacher's account, have your teacher to complete the following steps:

• Click on the top displayed banner that says 'Join your school and gain access to other school-wide features!'
• Find your school by school name
• Enter the last 4 digits of your number

Now your teacher should show up on your school account as an added teacher!

To add admins on your LMS:

• Navigate to the 'Manage Admin' section
• Click 'Add Admin' on the bottom right
• Enter Admin details such as their name, phone number, and access level.
• Then click on the 'Add admin' button on the bottom right

To add your classes on the Taleemabad LMS:

• Navigate to the 'Manage Classes' section
• Click 'Add class' on the bottom right
• Enter class details such as grade, and the section name.
• You can also assign a class teacher and subject teachers from the list of teachers added on the Taleemabad LMS
• Afterwards, click on the 'Add Class' button to add the class

To assign subjects taught per class to your teachers:

• Navigate to the 'Manage Classes' section
• Click on a class
• Now you can assign the class teacher and subject teachers
• Afterwards, click 'Save' to save your class

You can change the subjects assigned to your teachers through their profiles

• Navigate to the 'Manage Teachers' section
• Click on a teacher
• Now you can edit the class and subject assigned to your teacher
• Afterwards, click 'Save' to save your edit.

You can also change the teachers assigned to each subject per class

• Navigate to the 'Manage Classes' section
• Click on a class
• Now you can edit the class and change the teacher assigned to each subject
• Afterwards, click 'Save' to save your edit.

To edit your teacher's name:

• Navigate to the 'Manage Teachers' section
• Click on a teacher from the list to open their profile
• Click on the ✎ next to their name to edit their name

Unfortunately, there is no way to edit your teacher's phone number currently.

The only way to change a teacher's phone number is to add them on the Taleemabad LMS again using a different number. However, we don't recommend this as this can result in the loss of Teacher Training and Lesson Plan progress.

Rest assured we are working on providing this option as soon as we can!

To delete a class from the Taleemabad LMS, follow these steps:

• Navigate to the 'Manage Classes' section
• Click on a class to edit it
• Click on the ︙ icon on the top right
• Select 'Delete Class' to delete the class

To delete or deactivate an admin from the Taleemabad LMS, follow these steps:

• Navigate to the 'Manage Admin' section
• Click on the admin to open their profile
• Click on the ︙ icon on the top right
• Select 'Deactivate profile'

To set the curriculum for any publisher of your choice on the Taleemabad LMS, follow these steps:

• Navigate to the 'Curriculum' section
• Here you see will different tabs for each grade
• Click on the grade you have added as a class to see its subjects
• Click on a subject to see a list of books from each publisher
• Select the book you want by clicking on it

To change the curriculum to any other publisher of your choice on the Taleemabad LMS, follow these steps:

• Navigate to the 'Curriculum' section
• Here you see will different tabs for each grade
• Click on the grade you have added as a class to see its subjects
• Click on a subject to see a list of books from each publisher
• Select the book you want by clicking on it

No need, you can use your LMS account's credentials to log in to your Taleemabad School app!

Super user admins can:

• Add and remove teachers
• Change the school's curriculum
• Change the book publisher

Taleemabad has three WhatsApp groups for schools in the Taleemabad Network. If you have purchased Taleemabad but are not added to these groups, contact us at +923041114044 immediately!

• School Leaders 2022:

This group will connect you with our Taleemabad School Owner community! Here you can raise your concerns, share your feedback, and voice your opinions with us as well as other school owners about anything and everything. This is also where Taleemabad communicates all information regarding various activities such as our events for teachers and events for parents. We will also share the new features we are working on with you in this group!

• Taleemabad Teachers:

This group will be a home for your teachers. Taleemabad's teachers use it to share their classroom activities, help each other with friendly and helpful teaching advice, and voice their suggestions and concerns to Taleemabad. We also host friendly competitions for teachers here where they are rewarded with gift hampers and goodies!

(note: you will not be in this group, it is only for your school's teachers)

• Separate WhatsApp groups for each school

You will also have a separate WhatsApp group that is only for your school. By doing this, we hope to provide you with personalized service. This group will be your direct line to our team where you can clear any confusions or problems that you have quickly and privately!

(note: this group will include you and only those teachers that you have added in the LMS)

Fun fact: We have also created custom Lesson Plans for each of our workbooks keeping in mind the students' young age, allowing you to give the full Taleemabad experience to kids as young as 3!

When a school purchases Taleemabad, we conduct physical visits and online sessions as a way to welcome them into the Taleemabad network.

During these sessions, we also provide you and your teachers with in-depth details on how to use your LMS. We teach you about:
