HOW IT WORKS?
Once you make the payment you need to fill in our extensive History form. One dietitian & counselor will be assigned to you who will be in touch with you in this journey. You'll have update your progress to the them every week & as per that you will be getting new desi diet plan.
HOW MUCH WEIGHT WILL I BE ABLE TO LOSE?
How much weight a person will lose is totally depends on their metabolic rate, body type, medical condition & how well they follow the plan. Typically a person lose 2 kg per week but result differs from person to person.
DO I NEED TO JOIN GYM?
NO gym is not required. But Along with our diet plans you need to follow any 30-45 minutes of activity of your choice (yoga, brisk walk, dance, home exercises) for better results.
DO YOU GIVE ANY KIND OF GUARANTEE FOR WEIGHT LOSS?
NO. Since our bodies are dynamic in nature result differs from person to person. Though we have 90% of success rate.
WHAT PAYMENT MODES ARE AVAILABLE & CAN I MAKE PART PAYMENT?
We have multiple payment gatways like paytm, bank transfers, gpay, BHIM UPI, and Cash on delivery also available And we do not have partly payment or EMI facility as of now.
I HAVE PCOD, THYROID ISSUES, DIABETES & OTHER MEDICAL CONDITIONS. WILL THAT BE CURED WITH THIS DIET?

Your medical condition requires proper medical assistance along with proper diet which plays supplementary role in your body. Your medical condition can not be completely cured but managed by diet & also will help to prevent further diseases by keeping you healthy.
WHAT IF I DON'T LOSE ANY WEIGHT?
We try our best to give our client the best results. This is very rare situation where a client won't be losing any weight. we have good success rate & in some cases we do extent plan from our side ..
WILL I GAIN WEIGHT IF I STOP THE DIET PLAN?
We do not recommend to stop the diet plan in between before reaching to your target weight as your weight will be very unstable. Once your plan will be over we will share Maintenance plan for life time which you need to follow for at least 3 months to maintain your weight. Maintenance plan is included in every program.
I HAVE JUST DELIVERED A BABY. CAN I START WITH YOUR WEIGHT MANEGEMENT COURSE?
It is advisable to start your weight loss journey after 6 months of delivery.
