Proof of Business (POB) - Points to Remember

  1. Any document being considered as POB should be valid as on the date of onboarding.
  2. Expired POB documents on the date of onboarding will have to be supported with a renewal receipt
  3. The document being considered as POB should clearly carry the legal name of the business, name of the Retailer and complete address of business where delivery is required (including pin code)
  4. Address mentioned in POB should match with the address mentioned in app during onboarding
