  3. Driver’s License (Smart DL is valid for Maharashtra)
  4. Voters ID

Proof of Business - POB

  1. GST form 6 (for Sole Proprietor GST Registered
  2. Trade license
  3. Shop & Establishment Certificate
  4. Udyog Aadhar
  5. Distributor’s Bill
  6. Registration License
