03. Where and what will I find at the Aid Stations along the course?

There will be 12 Aid Stations along the course: km 5 Water; km 10 Water + Powerade; km 12 Water; km 15 Water; km 20 Water + Powerade; km 22,5 Water + Fruit; km 25 Water + Fruit; km 27,5 Water + Fruit; km 30 Water + Powerade; km 32,5 Water + Gel 226ERS, km 35 Water + Powerade; km 37,5 Water + Powerade; km 40 Water.

At the finish line, all finishers will receive an exclusive medal and Water, Powerade, fruit, Olá ice cream, and Mimosa Proteína milk.
