Card Lost
Dear valued Customer,
We would like to inform you that it's just a notice letter for your card statement. The attached PDF statement is password protected. Password to open the document is your date of birth (DOB). For example, if your date of birth is 01 January 1980, the password will be: 01JAN1980.
If you have already opened a KBZ Bank Account, it can't impact your bank account.

We would like to inform you that the same procedure of credit and prepaid cards lost . If you lost the card,you would have to contact and inform KBZ banks(or)Call Center immediately about your card lost to block the PIN number.If you are currently in oversea, please kindly send the following information for your card lock.
If you want to unlock your card , you need to directly go to the nearest KBZ branch because we can not provide an online service unlock card for your card security .

Dear Valued Customer,
Our KBZ prepaid cards are coded with 3D secure(OTP password) and CVC2 code for the security of the card. However, some online merchants are not asking and keeping the 3D secure(OTP password) and CVC2 code of the card to make the purchase at their payment for some reasons. In addition, some online merchants ask and keep on only their payment page but they do not send this transaction with these OTP and CVC2 codes to the issuing bank(KBZ server). At that time,KBZ server will decline these transactions without bringing the OTP password and CVC2 code.

We would like to inform you that if you are local, you will need to submit a bypass form at the nearest branch to be able to use your card on this merchant conveniently.

But your cards have an unposted amount. Unposted Transaction means that the merchant is ready to take the money from the account but still not take from the account. If merchant does not take the money from the account ,the unposted amount will be refunded automatically to the account after 30 days.
