what are do if employee not showing distributed case?

Follow the below mention step:-                                            

  • Go to the allocation tab.
  • Apply filter otherwise click the (-->) button. 
  • Automatically navigate page customers , then click sync() option. 
  • Wait for complete this process then case are showing accordingly retail and credit card tab .
