03. Where and what will I find at the Aid Stations along the course?

There will be 6 Aid Stations along the course: km 6 Water; km 10 Water + Powerade; km 12,5 Water + Powerade; km 15 Water + Fruit; km 18 Water ; km 20 Water.

At the finish line, all finishers will receive an exclusive medal and Water, Powerade, fruit, Olá ice cream, and Mimosa Proteína milk.
