The second part of the personal branding is more about the intangibles. It's more about messaging, your brand's voice and your positioning. This is where you can add the values of your brand.
Although you don't need much at first, it will not be enough to work with one person over time. Over time, you may need to hire someone to edit your videos or to manage your social media accounts. In these times, a brand guide made at the beginning makes things easier for everyone.
A personal brand allows you to highlight your strengths and passions. It helps people to feel like they know you better which means they trust you more. Even if they've never met you. Thanks to this environment of trust established in between, you can sell your products and services to people and earn a profit.
People will buy from you without you needing to sell to them. Also people will recommend you to their friends. Last but not least your audience will grow accordingly.
You start of by self reflecting. Thus, you can create your target audience by knowing what to sell to whom. You should also be in the channel where your target audience is. You can also be strategic in what you wear. At public events, your clothes should reflect your business and brand. Finally, the actions you take should be compatible with your brand. If your brand stands against abuses against animals, being displayed with fur, even if it's synthetic, can be detrimental to the integrity of your brand.
