How do I track my orders?
To check the progress of your order, go to Track my order and enter your order number. All you need is the order number and the email address you used to place the order.
You can log in to view your entire order history if you registered an account.
Your shipment and delivery notification emails also provide a direct link to order tracking information.
The absence of a tracking number indicates that your order has not yet shipped. Orders normally ship within 1-2 days of placement, but occasionally our team needs a bit more time due to high volume or terrible weather.
