A ticket (also sometimes referred to as a case) is a term used to describe a specific customer request, issue, or complaint. Ticket management is the process of managing the life cycle of a ticket from its initial submission to its resolution.
How can I access my help center portal?
- Go to https://tma.raiseaticket.com Helpdesk page
- Click On Sign Up at top right side
- Enter Details
- Click Sign Up
- Click On Login
- Enter an email ID and Password
You can now access the TMA Helpdesk Portal with that.
Can end users view tickets in the Help Center?
Yes, you can. After logging in, you can view all of your tickets on the home page.
