How do I unsubscribe?

  • Send the keyword "unsubscribe" in English and follow the prompts in the window to automatically input the necessary information for the system to process your unsubscription request.
  • Once the unsubscription is completed, you will receive an email notification confirming the cancellation of your subscription.

Method 2: Self-Unsubscribe via our Website: Tracker

If you prefer to unsubscribe manually, please follow these steps:

To unsubscribe, please log in to the web and go to the billing page to do so: Tracker

For users who access Tracker on a mobile device:

Click on the fifth icon to go to the Settings page- Click on "Account" - Click on "Billing"
