I just purchased a lead list. Any advice on how to execute an effective marketing campaign?
Use your list as a prospecting tool. Plan campaigns with multiple content touches on each contact. A multi-channel approach is suggested for maximum reach to your list. Not everyone buys when they receive the first email you send them. You’ll need to build trust and provide value over time before you can expect to see sales come in. Please message to speak with an Account Executive Agent regarding best practices and any questions you may have regarding your upcoming campaign.

How do I select a targeted lead list?
Carefully consider your audience. Based on your current customers, look at the type of business or individual you want to attract. Do you need to target higher revenues or income levels to achieve your sales goals? Or do you need to contact a COO or a CMO instead of the CEO or owner? Also, consider the type of product or service that you offer.
As an example, if you sell life insurance, not everyone has the disposable income to afford the specific policy that you offer. If you target individuals 35 and older who have a family and an income above $50k, the probability of them purchasing the policy increases significantly.

When should I purchase my list?
We recommend acquiring your dataset when you’re 1-2 weeks away from launching your marketing campaigns/activities.

Can I use MailChimp, Constant Contact or a Similar Application to Deploy Email Campaigns with your email lists?
Clients purchase our lists to prospect for new customers. It’s referred to as an “acquisition campaign.” Constant Contact, MailChimp, and similar applications only permit retention mailings. It is not advised to use retention platforms like Mailchimp and Constant Contact.

Do you have business and consumer emails?
Yes, we have a comprehensive list of business and consumer emails, with dozens of filters, that makes it easy for you to choose a highly targeted email leads list.

I just purchased an email list. Any advice?
Make sure that your offer and call to action are clear. If the recipient can’t find what you have to offer within a few seconds, you’ll lose your opportunity to grab their attention. Also, keep in mind that sending multiple emails over time to your list of prospects will increase your chances of making a sale.

What type of lead lists do you offer?
We provide consumer and business lists. You can build your own list or choose a pre-selected or Ready-made list.

Is there a minimum order size?
Our online minimum order for postal lists starts at $90 and a list with both email and postal addresses starts at $180 minimum. This is all dependent on the quantity, and how you build your lists.

Do I have to subscribe or pay a monthly fee to use your service?
No, we don’t charge a subscription or monthly fee using our research Data assistance agent. You only pay for the data and services that you need. If you are looking for a subscription product, please call or chat with an Account Executive.

Is your data scrubbed against the federal Do Not Call Registry?
Yes, we regularly check our database against the federal government’s National Do Not Call Registry and remove any numbers included on the list. However, it is ultimately your responsibility to independently verify your phone list against the National Do Not Call Registry.

What is an NAICS Code?
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) classifies business establishments and collects, analyzes, and publishes important economic statistical data.

What is a SIC Code?
A Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is a four-digit number assigned to each business by the U.S. government to classify their given industry.

How much does a list cost?
The cost varies depending on the type of list, fields included in the output, and quantity. Our online tool automatically discounts lists when higher quantities are ordered.

How do you compile your databases?
We have licensed thousands of sources to build and enhance our business and consumer databases. Sources include surveys, magazine subscriptions, purchase histories, government records, licensing boards, municipal directories, memberships, attendee registries, website registrations, DBAs, incorporations, and more.

How accurate is your data?
Very accurate. We have an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, and we understand the importance of providing our customers with the most accurate information possible. Our email, postal, and phone contact lists undergo a rigorous update and hygiene process (National Change of Address and CASS Certification) every 28 days.

What is your policy if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?
We believe our business and consumer databases contain the best possible information. But we recognize that no database can be perfect. It’s common to receive a small percentage of records that may require a review, and that’s why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You’ll receive a full credit for any portion of the list that exceeds 10% of undeliverable records as long as these are raised within 18 days from the purchase order date.

Can I download my order more than once?
Yes, once your file is ready, it will be delivered as a link via email to you. This link will be active for a period of 8 days. If you happen to lose the file and want it delivered again, you just need to reach out to the Customer Services Representative and request for your file. The rep will then send your file again.

How do I download my order?

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please contact your Cortana CMS representative.(Please note, once a list or services are being delivered, an order cannot be canceled.)

In what format will my list be delivered?
All lists purchased/ordered are in a .csv format and are delivered electronically to you via the email address you provided or can be uploaded from an FTP site.

How do I access my list?
Offline Orders: We have improved and enhanced our order delivery experience for Offline orders. As soon as your order list is ready, it will be delivered as a link via email/chat dm to you. This link will be active for a period of 8 days.

How quickly will I receive my list?
Offline orders purchased with a agent, will be delivered within 2-3 business days or sooner. Data user interface/Online orders are delivered the same day once payment is complete. However, if your list includes sensitive elements such as mortgage, age, etc., then it may be delayed until our team reviews your marketing material.
P.S: If you place an order after working hours, we request you to allow us processing time until the next business day.

How long can I use my list?
Lists are purchased for multi-use unless they are controlled for one-time use. In that case, the Account Executive will work with you on the difference. The list is used for one year. After the year has passed, we recommend updating your list to receive newly hygiened contacts.

Is Cashapp a acceptable payment gateway?
