If you have uploaded low quality file and placed the order with us.
Our order processing team will check the file before processing and if we feel the quality is not sufficient for printing, we place the order on hold and we will update the details to registered email ID of the customer.
Only After finding the resolution for the problem and confirmation from your end we will start processing your order.
