How do I get a refund?
Localizer offers a full refund for requests made within 14 days of payment, provided that the service has not been used.
To proceed with the refund, please send the following information to [email protected] so we can quickly locate your transaction:
1. Account email (Ensure this is the email address used to log in. Note: "No record is associated with this email address" may appear if incorrect.
2. Receipt showing:
● Merchant Name: SINEXAUT01
● UTR Number

We will process your refund as soon as possible after verifying the provided information.
