Follow these simple steps to begin editing your PDF documents right away.

Step 1: Access the Platform

● Visit our official website at PDFEdita.

Step 2: Upload Your Document

● Drop or select the PDF you wish to edit from your device.

Please Note:

● The platform currently supports PDF files only.

● The file must not be password-protected.

● The maximum allowed file size is 20 MB.

Step 3: Edit & Process

● Use the intuitive toolbar to access all editing tools. Modify your document and see changes in real time.

Step 4: Save, Download, or Convert

● Once editing is complete, click "Download" to save the final PDF to your device, or choose "Convert" to export it to another format (like Word or Excel).

Step 5: Account Registration & Authentication

● To download or convert your file, you'll need to sign up for a free account.

● When you click "Download" or "Convert," you will be automatically directed to the login page.

● If you don't have an account, click the "Sign Up" button to register.

● You can sign up quickly using your Google or Facebook account, or register manually with your email address and a password.

After successful registration, a welcome email containing your account details and customer service contact information will be sent to your registered email address.

5.  Save

Save your current progress to your PDFEdita cloud account without downloading.

6.  Convert

Convert your PDF to or from formats like Word, Excel, PPT, or images while retaining formatting.

7.  Painter

8.  Select Field

Click and edit fillable form fields such as text boxes, checkboxes, or dropdown menus.

1.  Click the "Login" button in the upper-right corner.

2.  Select "Forgot Password?"

3.  Enter your PDFEdita account email address and submit the request.

4.  A password reset email containing a "Change Password" button will be sent to your registered email address.

If you reset the password without success, please contact us via [email protected] with your account and the new password, and we will ask our tech team for help.

To cancel your PDFEdita subscription, please follow the steps below:

1.  Access the Personal Center

Log in to your account. Click on your profile icon or name in the top-right corner of the dashboard to open the drop-down menu, then select "Personal Center."

2.  Navigate to "My Subscription"

Inside the Personal Center, locate and click on the "My Subscription" or "Billing" section. This will open a window displaying your current plan details.

3.  Cancel Subscription

In the subscription window, find and click the "Cancel Subscription" button. Follow the subsequent on-screen prompts to confirm and finalize the cancellation.

Please note that your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

PDFEdita processes eligible refund requests within 24 business hours, provided the service meets the conditions outlined below and has not been used.

Refund Eligibility Policy

● A 30% refund will be issued if the payment was made within the last 30 days and the service has not been accessed.

● No refund is available for payments completed more than 30 days ago, or if any service features have been used.

● Refunds are not applicable to trial periods or orders where service usage has been recorded.

To proceed with the refund, please send the following information to [email protected] so we can quickly locate your transaction:

1.  Account Email: The email address used to log in to your PDFEdita account.

(Note: An incorrect email may result in "No record found.")

2.  Payment Receipt: A copy of the receipt showing the merchant name, transaction number, date, and amount.

3.  Last 4 Digits of Payment Card: The last four digits of the card used for the transaction.

4.  Reason for Refund: A brief explanation to help us improve our service.

We will process your refund as soon as possible after verifying the provided information.
