How to Get Started with PDFEdita
Follow these simple steps to begin editing your PDF documents right away.
Step 1: Access the Platform

Step 2: Upload Your Document
● Drop or select the PDF you wish to edit from your device.
Please Note:
● The platform currently supports PDF files only.
● The file must not be password-protected.
● The maximum allowed file size is 20 MB.

Step 4: Save, Download, or Convert

How to Reset Your Password?
1. Click the "Login" button in the upper-right corner.
2. Select "Forgot Password?"
3. Enter your PDFEdita account email address and submit the request.
4. A password reset email containing a "Change Password" button will be sent to your registered email address.
If you reset the password without success, please contact us via [email protected] with your account and the new password, and we will ask our tech team for help.

How to unsubscribe?
To cancel your PDFEdita subscription, please follow the steps below:
1. Access the Personal Center
Log in to your account. Click on your profile icon or name in the top-right corner of the dashboard to open the drop-down menu, then select "Personal Center."
2. Navigate to "My Subscription"
Inside the Personal Center, locate and click on the "My Subscription" or "Billing" section. This will open a window displaying your current plan details.
3. Cancel Subscription
In the subscription window, find and click the "Cancel Subscription" button. Follow the subsequent on-screen prompts to confirm and finalize the cancellation.
Please note that your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

How to Request a Refund
PDFEdita processes eligible refund requests within 24 business hours, provided the service meets the conditions outlined below and has not been used.
Refund Eligibility Policy
● A 30% refund will be issued if the payment was made within the last 30 days and the service has not been accessed.
● No refund is available for payments completed more than 30 days ago, or if any service features have been used.
● Refunds are not applicable to trial periods or orders where service usage has been recorded.

1. Account Email: The email address used to log in to your PDFEdita account.
(Note: An incorrect email may result in "No record found.")
