How to Request a Refund

PDFEdita processes eligible refund requests within 24 business hours, provided the service meets the conditions outlined below and has not been used.

Refund Eligibility Policy

● A 30% refund will be issued if the payment was made within the last 30 days and the service has not been accessed.

● No refund is available for payments completed more than 30 days ago, or if any service features have been used.

● Refunds are not applicable to trial periods or orders where service usage has been recorded.

 

To proceed with the refund, please send the following information to [email protected] so we can quickly locate your transaction:

1.  Account Email: The email address used to log in to your PDFEdita account.

(Note: An incorrect email may result in "No record found.")

2.  Payment Receipt: A copy of the receipt showing the merchant name, transaction number, date, and amount.

3.  Last 4 Digits of Payment Card: The last four digits of the card used for the transaction.

4.  Reason for Refund: A brief explanation to help us improve our service.

 

We will process your refund as soon as possible after verifying the provided information.
