1. Eastern Kingdoms:

The Eastern Kingdoms is one of the two main continents in Azeroth and is located to the east of Kalimdor. It is home to various races and regions, including:

  • Kingdom of Stormwind: The Human capital and one of the central Alliance hubs.
  • Ironforge: The capital of the Dwarves and Gnomes.
  • Darnassus: The capital city of the Night Elves.
  • Undercity: The Forsaken capital, once the capital of Lordaeron.
  • Stranglethorn Vale: A lush jungle inhabited by various dangerous creatures.
  • Eastern Plaguelands: A region plagued by the Scourge and corruption.

2. Kalimdor:

Kalimdor is the other main continent in Azeroth, located to the west of the Eastern Kingdoms. It is known for its diverse landscapes and races, including:

  • Orgrimmar: The capital of the Orcs and the central Horde hub.
  • Thunder Bluff: The capital of the Tauren.
  • Durotar: Home to the Orcs and Trolls.
  • Teldrassil: The starting zone for Night Elf characters.
  • Silithus: A desert region infested by the insectoid Silithid.
  • Feralas: A lush forested region with ancient ruins.

3. Northrend:

Northrend is a frigid continent located to the north of Kalimdor and the Eastern Kingdoms. It was featured in the "Wrath of the Lich King" expansion and includes:

  • Icecrown Citadel: The stronghold of the Lich King, Arthas Menethil.
  • Borean Tundra: A frozen wasteland.
