How long does cheese keep after opening?
Cream cheese and semi-hard cheese can be easily stored in the vegetable compartment at 5 to 10 degrees Celsius, although cream cheese should be stored a bit cooler than sliced cheese. Depending on the best before date, sliced cheese can be kept for around two weeks, but often longer. Once the pack has been opened, it will last for about 10 days.
