How to Request a Refund?
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the refund page: Refund
2. Enter your payment email and request a verification code.
3. Enter the code and click "Refund" — your subscription will be canceled automatically.
If your email isn't recognized, email us at [email protected] with your account email and receipt and we'll process it for you.
Refunds are sent to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the credit to appear in your account (timing depends on your bank).
